Brother Nathanael Kapner explains why the gay marriage battle headed to the U.S. Supreme Court in April may be the final nail in the coffin of the constitutionally guaranteed states rights. (Amendment #10 in the Bill of Rights: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.)
