Former U.S. Agent: U.S. Foreign Aid Agencies Paid for Kiev Violence

Hawaii Political Info introduction: Scott Rickard, former American intelligence linguist (Korean and Arabic) from Florida, says that U.S. foreign aid agencies, aka NGOs, paid Kiev protesters. Sophie Shevardnadze, granddaughter of Eduard Shevardnadze, well known in the U.S. in the late 1980s as the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the USSR, conducts the interview with probing, skeptical questions. Ms. Shevardnadze was born in Georgia (USSR), but moved to the U.S. sometime after the age of 10. She is a graduate of Boston College and holds a masters degree in TV-journalism from New York University. She lives in Moscow.
