Note: That may be what the court decided, but I (Kawika) personally got encephalitis from the same kind of MMR (mumps, measles, rubella) shot talked about in the video, and I was an adult when it happened, not an infant or child who would be much more susceptible. My doctor at the time, the best physician I've ever had, agreed with me that the shot was almost surely the cause — speaking for myself there's no doubt in my mind. He was against many of the immunization shots that children (and, less often, adults) are subjected to, saying they're required to get shots because "they're too young to complain."
But a causal link to my encephalitis was next to impossible to prove and he wasn't anxious to get involved in a lawsuit. Plus, I apparently recovered completely after a couple of weeks, unlike autistic children whose parents are getting spin that originates with Big Pharma.
