Hawaii Political Info introduction: Former President Jimmy Carter says that not only is the "metadata" (U.S. government's disinformation word) of every phone call and email recorded, but the government has the ability to go back and listen in on them or read them. Translation: the government has been lying, sometimes through carefully worded misleading statements: contents also are being recorded. Otherwise, how are they going to be able to go back later and listen in or take a look?
