Cody's Web site had a downloadable 3D gun design available until the federal government stepped in. But is this move by the government legal, or more importantly, constitutional?

Congressman Steve Israel (D), a New York Jew who has a track record of opposing Second Amendment gun rights, is taking a leading role in quashing 3D printable guns.
